WELL-BEING

Trauma Can Keep Families Trapped in Cycles of Crisis

Mental health and overall well-being are critical to the social and financial success of individuals and families. Financial assistance alone cannot create lasting stability when trauma remains untreated.

Cost Stigma Limited Access Lack of Cultural Understanding
CARE THAT UNDERSTANDS

Removing Barriers to Mental Health Support

Many community members never receive therapy because they cannot afford the typical cost of care, cannot find a therapist who understands their culture and faith, or face stigma around asking for help.

Sahaba Initiative helps close that gap through affordable services, free consultations, flexible scheduling, and therapists experienced with the realities facing Muslim families.

Mental health care is not separate from breaking cycles of poverty. It is a critical part of establishing strong, healthy families.
