Jill Kowalski

Jill Walker Kowalski, MPA, is a grant writing and fund development consultant with deep roots in the Inland Empire, where she has lived and worked her entire life. As the founder of JWK Impact Solutions, Jill brings over 30 years of experience in media, social services, and public administration in both the nonprofit and government sectors to her role. Jill also provides grant development support to three key nonprofit organizations that partner and collaborative with Sahaba Initiative to share and leverage resources to collectively seek funding to benefit the most marginalized and vulnerable communities in the Inland Empire.

Over the course of her career, Jill has secured more than $45 million in local, state, and federal funding for programs serving diverse populations—from early childhood health and education to housing and nutrition services for vulnerable families. Her work is grounded in a commitment to equity, collaboration, and community-driven impact.

Jill holds a master’s degree in public administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Political Science from California State University, San Bernardino. She also attended Mt. San Jacinto Community College and Riverside City College to complete general education coursework.
